"Sponsored Ads" provide a key basis for PAN's system. Twelve alternative creatives styles and a complete choice of colors are provided for flexibility of web design and preservation of branding. All click revenue commissions are paid directly to the publisher's Pay Pal account, because we believe that this provides publishers with complete flexibility and security.

Revenue summaries and fully interactive transaction histories provide at-a-glance detail of activity from the advertisement and feed results allowing publishers to monitor progress from the control panel. The ease of advertisement html-code generation, via an Ad Code Wizard, means that publishers can quickly and efficiently update advertisement blocks to suit changes in their website, products or branding.

To participate in the PAN Partner program please make sure you meet the following minimum requirements. Furthermore, it is YOUR responsibility to FULLY read our Publisher Terms of Use Agreement before creating your account.

	You are at least 18 years of age and you have access to your own website and know how to place a snippet of html code on your pages.
	Your website does not produce or provide adult content. Your website does not engage in, promote or facilitate illegal or legally questionable activities such as but not limited to pirating and hacking. Your website is not under construction, hosted by a free service or personal home pages.
	You do not engage in fraudulent activities, including false clicks, false impressions, and incentivised clicks. You do not make use of unsolicited email or inappropriate newsgroup postings to promote your Website; auto-spawning of browsers; automatic redirecting of users; clicking on your own creatives; blind text links; misleading links; or any other method that may lead to artificially high numbers of impressions or clicks. This includes but not limited to auto/manual traffic surf exchanges.
	You do not engage in any liable, misrepresentation, defamatory content or violates the rights and privacy of other users.
	Your website is free from virus, trojans, worms and other stealth scripts; or any other means of causing harm to other users.
	You have a valid and active Pay Pal account in order to receive commissions. It is also your responsibility to keep your publisher account fully updated with valid personal details and contact email address.
	Yes, I have read, understand and agree to comply with the full ProAd Network Terms of Use.
	I understand that I will receive periodic updates and newsletters from ProAd Network.
	I understand that it is my own full responsibility to keep my account details up to date so that ProAd Network can contact me at all times otherwise I risk my account being terminated and all commissions are forfeited.
